"Our Grant Vortex Blue boiler decided a perfect time to break down was on a Friday evening in mid-November with the weekend set to be very cold! No heating or hot water. Humph!

We called Grant on Saturday morning and they recommended Steve Smith who arrived exactly at the time he said he would after courtesy calls updating us on when to expect him. An hour later after undertaking several diagnostic checks & replacing a faulty part, our boiler is restored to its fully functioning best.
